ACTUAL DAMAGES FOR DECEIT
ACTUAL DAMAGES FOR DECEIT
One who willfully deceives a nother, with intent to induce [him/her] to alter his
position to [his/her] injury or risk, is liable for any injury which [he/she] thereby suffers.
