JOINT DUTY OF PHYSICIANS
JOINT DUTY OF PHYSICIANS
Where two or more physicians owe the sa me duty to a patient, and the acts of
each contribute to the same breach of duty, the wrong and injury, if any, to the patient are
regarded as the result of joint action of the physicians, and both physicians are liable.
