NEGLIGENCE -- ABNORMALLY DANGEROUS ANIMALS
NEGLIGENCE -- ABNORMALLY DANGEROUS ANIMALS
An owner [or a person] who keeps an anim al that [he/she] knows, [or reasonably
should know] is abnormally dangerous [or vicious or destructive] has a duty to keep it
confined [or under control] so that it causes no injury. If [he/she] is negligent in keeping
such an animal confined [or under control], then [he/she] is responsible for all damages to
property and injuries to persons that are directly caused by the animal.
