LIABILITY FOR INJURY FROM FOOD OR BEVERAGE

[Defendant] is not liable for the injury suffered by [Plaintiff] which was directly

caused by [specific incident causing damage], if the substance causing injury should be

"reasonably expected" to be in the [name of food or beverage].
