NEGLIGENT ENTRUSTMENT
NEGLIGENT ENTRUSTMENT
An owner [or provider] of a vehicle [or other dangerous instrumentality] has a
duty to use ordinary care to avoid lending it to another person whom he knows [or
reasonably should know] is [intoxicated/careless/reckless/incompetent to drive].
