Application of Rules

Sup.R. 8.10 through 8.18 shall apply in a case in which a court of common pleas appoints a person

to perform a custody evaluation to assist the court when child custody or parenting visitation is at

issue.

History

Effective Date: September 1, 2022 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Rule 91.02 was renumbered to Rule 8.11 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
