Ohio Sup.R. 8.00

Sup.R. 8.00 through 8.07 shall apply in all domestic relations and juvenile cases in the courts of

common pleas where a court appoints a guardian ad litem to act in the best interest of a child.

History

Effective Date: March 1, 2009 Amended: January 1, 2021 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Rule 48 was renumbered to Rule 8.00 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
