Ohio Sup.R. 7.07
Specialized Docket Title
A particular session of court that offers a therapeutically oriented judicial approach to providing
court supervision and appropriate treatment to individuals may be styled a “specialized docket”
only upon receipt of initial certification pursuant to Sup.R. 7.04 or final certification pursuant to
Sup.R. 7.06.
History
Effective Date: January 1, 2013 Amended: January 1, 2021 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Rule 36.27 was renumbered to Rule 7.07 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
