Ohio Sup.R. 6.40
Application
Sup.R. 6.40 through 6.46 shall apply to a court of common pleas or division of the court that elects
to use parenting coordination and to a parenting coordinator conducting parenting coordination.
History
Effective Date: January 1, 2023 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Rule 16.60 was renumbered to Rule 6.40 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
