Ohio Sup.R. 6.35
Public Access
The files maintained by an evaluator but not filed with a clerk or submitted to a court shall not be
available for public access under Sup.R. 11.09 through 11.16.
History
Effective Date: January 1, 2023 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Rule 16 .55 was renumbered to Rule 6.35 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence. Rules 6.36 through 6.39 are reserved for future use.
