Ohio Sup.R. 6.30
Application
Sup.R. 6.30 through 6.35 shall apply to a court that elects to use neutral evaluation and to an
evaluator conducting neutral evaluation.
History
Effective Date: January 1, 2023 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Rule 16.50 was renumbered to Rule 6.30 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
