Magistrate Facilities

Magistrates should have courtroom and office facilities similar to those of a judge.

Effective Date: July 1, 1997 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Appendix D, Division (E) was renumbered to Rule 13.04 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
