Each court shall be provided an adequate law library comprised of those materials, including

electronic media, considered necessary by the court.

Effective Date: July 1, 1997 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Appendix D, Division (D) was renumbered to Rule 13.03 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
