Ohio Sup.R. 12.04
Place of Filing
All local rules of court must specify the telephone number of the facsimile machine receiving
transmission. The facsimile machine must have a dedicated telephone line and must be available
to receive facsimile transmissions on the basis of 24 hours per day 7 days per week.

Effective Date: May 1, 2004 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Appendix E, 3.00 was renumbered to Rule 12.04 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
