Ohio Sup.R. 1.02
Applicability
Except where otherwise provided, these Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio are
applicable to all courts of appeal, courts of common pleas, municipal courts, and county courts in
this state.
History
Effective Date: July 1, 1997 Commentary (July 1, 2026) Division (A) of Rule 1 was renumbered to Rule 1.02 as part of the 2026 restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence.
