Filing Fees to Institute a Case
The following filing fees are imposed by R.C. 2503.17 and shall be paid before a case is filed:
For filing a notice of appeal. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $100
For filing a notice of cross-appeal. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $100
For filing an order of a court of appeals certifying a conflict. . . . . . $100
