History
Comparison to Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct Rule 1.1 is comparable to the first portion of Canon 2 of the Ohio Code. Comparison to ABA Model Code of Judicial Conduct Rule 1.1 is identical to Model Rule 1.1, except that the phrase “including the Code of Judicial Conduct” is deleted. See the definition of “law” in the Terminology section.
