Annual Report
By March 31st of each year, the chairperson of the Commission on Appointment of Counsel in
Capital Cases, with the assistance of the Supreme Court staff liaison for the commission, shall
prepare a report for the Chief Justice, Justices, and Administrative Director of the Supreme Court
detailing the activities and accomplishments of the commission during the previous calendar year
and the anticipated activities of the commission during the upcoming calendar year. The staff
liaison shall submit the report to the Administrative Director for distribution to the Chief Justice
and Justices and publication on the Supreme Court’s website.
