Duties of oversight committee
The oversight committee shall promulgate bylaws and standards to be entitled "General Requirements for All Organized Providers of Defense Services to Indigent Defendants," subject to the approval of the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, pursuant to which the committee may conduct its activities and carry out those duties as enumerated in this Part to ensure that indigent defendants are afforded quality legal representation.
