22 NYCRR 612.6
Screening process
(a) All applications for panel membership shall be screened by the central screening committee.
(b) The committee, in accordance with standards for admission to the panels, entitled "General Requirements for All Applicants to the Indigent Defendants Legal Panel", shall make a determination as to whether an applicant is qualified for membership on any of the panels.
