Present powers retained

Nothing contained in this Part shall be construed to limit the power of the Appellate Division, the presiding justice thereof, the participating bar associations to the Assigned Counsel Plan or the administrator of the Assigned Counsel Plan otherwise granted by the Assigned Counsel Plan.
