Duties of the Departmental Advisory Committee
The Departmental Advisory Committee shall conduct its activities and carry out the duties enumerated in this Part pursuant to the bylaws of the Assigned Counsel Plan Central Screening Committee, set forth in Part 612 of this Title. The Director of the Office of Attorneys for Children shall be substituted where reference in the bylaws is made to the administrator.
