22 NYCRR 160.7
Effect of Rules
The rules set forth in this Part shall not supersede any existing rule or order of the Chief Judge of the State or of the Chief Administrative Judge, or any provision of statute, including but not limited to section 4547 of the CPLR and Article 21-A of the Judiciary Law.
