Notice of pending or prior actions
The parties and counsel shall notify the court of any pending or prior proceedings of which they have knowledge involving the parties, the children or the subject matter of the dispute now under the jurisdiction of the family division. The prior proceedings to be reported include proceedings in any court in Nevada or elsewhere. Such notification shall be included in the initial pleading filed on behalf of a party, and thereafter as information becomes known.
