1. Upon receipt of a recommendation for admission from the board of bar examiners, the court may admit to the practice of law any and all applicants so recommended having satisfactorily passed or completed all components of the comprehensive licensing examination and achieved a scale score of not less than 85.00 on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination.
2. An applicant’s failure to meet all the qualifications for admission within twelve months of completing all components of the licensing examination shall constitute a withdrawal of the application, unless the supreme court otherwise orders. The board of bar examiners shall submit petitions to the supreme court respecting the admission results as frequently as necessary.
