Determination of whether funds are eligible

The determination of whether a client’s funds are nominal in amount or to be held for a short period of time rests exclusively in the sound judgment of each member of the state bar, and no charge of ethical impropriety or other breach of professional conduct shall attend the member’s good faith exercise of judgment in that regard.
