Electronic filing
(a) The Ninth Judicial District Court has established an Electronic Filing System (EFS) consistent with the Nevada Electronic Filing and Conversion Rules (NEFCR). That system, the Ninth Judicial District Court Electronic Filing System (NJDCEFS), is the only means by which an electronic document may be filed into the Ninth Judicial District Court record electronically.
(b) Use of the NJDCEFS is mandatory by all licensed attorneys and as otherwise required according to the NEFCR. Definitions set forth within the NEFCR apply to the NJDCR regarding electronic filing.
(c) The Court Clerk and the Court Administrator of the Ninth Judicial District Court are the same person; a deputy court clerk is an agent of the Court Administrator.
