LVJCLRP 7.13
Case closure
(a) A case that has been brought to final judgment or decision in a criminal misdemeanor citation case (including regulatory offenses) or that has been brought to final adjudication and entry of order in a civil infraction citation case will be deemed closed.
(b) A case will not be reopened if:
(1) The case has been sent to collections;
(2) The fine, administrative assessment fee, civil penalty, or collection fee remains delinquent; and
(3) The time to appeal has passed.
