Service of documents upon the court
(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), documents must be filed with the court in person, by regular mail, or e-filed. Documents will not be deemed “filed” if they are faxed or e-mailed to the court.
(b) This rule applies to the following:
(1) Civil cases;
(2) Small claims cases;
(3) Summary eviction cases; and
(4) Actions for the issuance of Orders for Protection under NRS Chapter 33 or NRS Chapter 200.
