Exhibits and copies of exhibits

The parties will have hearing and trial exhibits marked by the judicial clerk. The court will not detach exhibits that have been attached to filed pleadings or papers, for purposes of having exhibits marked or used at the hearing or trial, or for any other reason. The parties will provide a copy of exhibits for the court’s use during the hearing or trial even if the exhibits have been attached to filed pleadings or papers.
