Discovery motions
Discovery related motions will not be considered unless the motion includes an affidavit or declaration that states the parties have had a personal consultation, the date and time of the consultation, the parties made a good faith effort to resolve the dispute, and the reason the parties have been unable to resolve the matter, i.e., disputed facts, disagreement on the law, etc.
