11JDCR 7.15

Funds for services

Based on the financial condition of the parties, the court may order that mediation or budgetary funds be used for a psychological evaluation of a party or child, for a parenting capacity evaluation, for a child custody evaluation, to assist paying for a parenting coordinator in high-conflict cases, or to provide other related assistance to protect the best interests of the child.
