11JDCR 5.1

Arraignments

Pursuant to the Nevada Rules of Criminal Procedure (NRCrP) 4, all criminal arraignments shall be set within 11 judicial days of being bound over or waived to district court. Arraignment dates shall be set by the justice court clerk for the next law and motion calendar and a Setting Memo shall be given to the defendant and will be part of the packet given to the district court.
