REAL-TIME TRANSCRIPTS 6

ORDER 7

WHEREAS, this matter came on for consideration upon recommendation of the 8

Judicial Technology Council (JTech) to adopt a policy governing the access, use, and 9

sealing of For The Record (FTR) real-time transcripts generated during court proceedings 10

within the New Mexico Judicial Branch; and 11

WHEREAS, the Court having considered the recommendation and being 12

sufficiently advised, Chief Justice Julie J. Vargas, Justice Michael E. Vigil, Justice C. 13

Shannon Bacon, Justice David K. Thomson, and Justice Briana H. Zamora concurring; 14

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the recommendation is APPROVED, 15

and the policy attached as Exhibit A to this order is hereby ADOPTED, effective 16

immediately. 17

IT IS SO ORDERED. 18

WITNESS, the Honorable Julie J. Vargas, Chief Justice

of the Supreme Court of the State of New Mexico, and
