ORDER 7

WHEREAS, this matter having come before the Court upon recommendation 8

of the Administrative Office of the Courts and the New Mexico Judicial Council to 9

replace the New Mexico Treatment Court Standards approved by this Court on 10

January 22, 2021, with comprehensive revised treatment court standards, and the 11

Court having considered the recommendation and being sufficiently advised, Chief 12

Justice Julie J. Vargas, Justice Michael E. Vigil, Justice David K. Thomson, Justice 13

C. S

hannon Bacon, and Justice Briana H. Zamora concurring;14

NOW, THEREFOR E, IT IS ORDERED that the recommendation is 15

APPROVED and the previously adopted version of the New Mexico Treatment 16

Court Standards is withdrawn and replaced with the attached New Mexico 17

Treatment Court Standards. 18

IT IS SO ORDERED. 19

WITNESS, the Honorable Julie J. Vargas, Chief Justice of 20

the Supreme Court of the State of New Mexico, and the 21
