N.M. Sup. Ct. Order No. S-1-AO-2025-00013 (amended) N
Bind over to district court
For any case that is not within magistrate court trial 5
jurisdiction, on notice to the magistrate court, any bond shall be transferred to the district court on 6
the filing of an information or indictment in the district court. 7
