N.M. Sup. Ct. Order No. S-1-AO-2024-00038 (attachment1) 7
If a state agency is requesting an in-person appearance of a witness that
must travel more than one hundred (100) miles round trip, the state agency
must submit a Certificate of Witness to the presiding judge no less than
ten (10) days before the hearing, unless good cause exists for an
emergency request;
