ORDER 10

WHEREAS, this matter came for consideration by the Court upon the 11

recommendation of the Board of Bar Examiners to approve the addition of Montana 12

as a reciprocal jurisdiction for admission under Rules 15-102 and 15-303 NMRA, 13

and the Court having considered the Board’s recommendations and being 14

sufficiently advised, Chief Justice C. Shannon Bacon, Justice Michael E. Vigil, 15

Justice David K. Thomson, Justice Julie J. Vargas, and Justice Briana H. Zamora 16

concurring; 17

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Montana shall be APPROVED 18

as a reciprocal jurisdiction under Rules 15-102 and 15-303 NMRA; and 19

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Board of Bar Examiners shall add 20

Montana to the posted list of approved reciprocal jurisdictions on its website. 21

IT IS SO ORDERED. 22
