N.M. Sup. Ct. Order No. S-1-AO-2024-00005 (attachment) 3
Should a volunteer or intern be a party to a case in the magistrate court, 1
either during service to the court or within a reasonable time thereafter, the 2
judge must recuse from the case to avoid the appearance of impropriety. 3
