WHEREAS, this matter came on for consideration upon the Court’s own 8
motion to adopt Operating Policies for the Supreme Court of New Mexico, and the 9
Court being sufficiently advised, Chief Justice Michael E. Vigil, Justice Barbara J. 10
Vigil, Justice C. Shannon Bacon, and Justice David K. Thomson concurring; 11
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the O perating Policies for the 12
Supreme Court of New Mexico are ADOPTED. 13
IT IS SO ORDERED. 14
WITNESS, the Honorable Michael E. Vigil, Chief
Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New
Mexico, and the seal of said Court this 20th day of
January, 2021.
