ORDER 8
WHEREAS, this matter having come before the Court upon 9
recommendation of the Judicial Information Systems Council and its Data 10
Standards Committee to adopt Data Standards for the New Mexico Judiciary, and 11
the Court having considered the recommendation and being sufficiently advised; 12
Chief Justice Michael E. Vigil, Justice B arbara J. Vigil, Justice Judith K. 13
Nakamura, Justice C. Shannon Bacon, and Justice David K. Thomson concurring; 14
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the recommendation is 15
ACCEPTED and the Data Standards for the New Mexico Judiciary are ADOPTED 16
effective May 20, 2020. 17
IT IS SO ORDERED. 18
