N.M. 8th Jud. Dist. Raton ADC Policy and Procedures 11
Relationships, associations or interactions with individuals who may be detrimental to
a participant’s recovery/success in the RADC program are discouraged and will be
addressed therapeutically. “No Contact” orders may be requested by APPO if said
relationships/associations may violate a condition of probation.
