N.M. 8th Jud. Dist. Raton ADC Policy and Procedures 1
All Drug Court team agencies agree to permit open communication and
information sharing about Drug Court participants among and between
employees directly assigned to Drug Court. Participant information will be
shared with team members on a ‘need-to-know’ basis as it pertains to their
treatment plan by treatment staff.
