N.M. 2nd Jud. Dist. Local Court Rule (LR2-603) 7
Court file
review, copy. The arbitrator may review the court file at any time during regular
court hours. The court shall provide the arbitrator a copy of the file or portions of the file at no cost upon
request; requests shall be made to the court alternatives director.
