N.M. 2nd Jud. Dist. Local Court Rule (LR2-603) 6
Filing papers
Any motion or other paper to be heard or otherwise considered by t he arbitrator
shall not be filed with the court. The arbitrator shall not fil e any decisions except for the award. Upon a
party's or the court's own motion, the court may order that an inappropria tely filed paper be stricken. The
court in its discretion may enter such an order without hearing. Failure to submit a motion to strike shall be
deemed waiver of any prejudice caused by a paper inappropriately filed.
