Plea agreements; notice; time limits
A plea agreement entered into between the defendant and the prosecutor shall be submitted to the court substantially in the
form approved by the Supreme Court not later than the date in the scheduling order.
Thereafter, the Court shall not accept a plea agreement. Any judge in the Special Calendar may accept a plea in any case in the Special Calendar without regard to who is assigned the case.
