Certification of readiness prior to docket call
The parties shall submit
the certification of readiness form five (5) days after the plea deadline, indicating they
have been unable to reach a plea agreement and that both parties are ready to proceed to
trial. If either party is unable to proceed to trial, it shall submit a written request for extension of the trial date as outlined in Section (P). If the State is unable to certify the case
is ready to proceed to trial and does not meet the requirements for an extension in (P), it
shall prepare and submit notice to the Court that the State is not ready for trial and the
Court shall dismiss the case.
