REMINDERS REGARDING
NOTICE OF APPEAL AND DOCKETING STATEMENT
! The notice of appeal is filed in the District Court. See Rule 12-202(A) NMRA.
! Trial counsel is responsible for filing the docketing statement. See Rule 12-208(A)
NMRA.
! Docketing statements are due within 30 days from the filing of the notice of appeal. See
Rule 12-208(B) NMRA.
! Docketing statements must be FILED in the Court of Appeals and SERVED on the
District Court clerk’s office. See Rule 12-208(B) and (C) NMRA.
