FILING OF OPINIONS AND DECISIONS
A. Unless otherwise agreed to by the chief clerk or ordered by the chief
judge, opinions may be filed only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
3:00 p.m, Monday through Thursday. Opinions shall not be filed on
Friday except in unusual circumstances or when the last business day
of a month falls on Friday. Expedited Bench Decisions may be filed up
to 5:00 p.m. on any work day, including Fridays. Absent unusual
circumstances, the filing of opinions and decisions is contingent upon
receipt of all case materials by the clerk’s office.
B. The requirements of Rule 12-310(D) NMRA are deemed fulfilled by
electronic service of opinions on the parties through the File & Serve
system.
