COURT CONFIDENTIALITY
A. Except for documents that are filed in the Court’s public records or
conversations that are recorded as part of the Court’s public records, all
the work or work product of the Court, whether written or oral, shall be
kept forever confidential by all personnel of the Court. This provision
shall not preclude the use of writing samples by law clerks and staff
attorneys with the permission of the judge for whom the work is done
and redacted and/or modified as appropriate and/or as directed by the
judge.
B. Matters discussed at the Judges’ Meetings in open session shall not be
confidential. Any matters discussed in closed session shall remain
confidential.
